Benoît Ellerbach is Assistant Professor of German and Comparative Literature at Koç University (Istanbul, Turkey). As part of the DFG Research Group Krisengefüge der Künste (2018 - 2025), he completed a dissertation on festivals for young artists and institutional change in theatre training. His stage work, often with Matter of Facts Studio, has been shown at festivals and major theatres. Mirjam Kreuser is a research associate in Film, Theatre, Media and Cultural Studies at Mainz University and an inclusion officer at Goethe University Frankfurt. Ulf Otto is Professor of Theatre Studies and Intermediality at LMU Munich. His research explores how theatricality and technology intersect in industrial and post-industrial cultures, drawing on Science and Technology Studies. Anna Raisich, MA, is a research assistant and PhD candidate in the DFG-project “ The Art of Crafts: A Praxeography of the Theatre Apparatus ” at the Institute of Theatre Studies at the LMU Munich. Her research interests include practices of ordering and organizing theatre, ethnographic methods in theatre studies, theatre as a subject of social science research, and (post-)ANT. Lotte Schüßler ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im DFG-Projekt „ Rohstoffe der Geisteswissenschaften. Theresa Schütz ist Theaterwissenschaftlerin, Theaterkritikerin und arbeitet als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin (postdoc) im Sonderforschungsbereich „ Affective Societies “ an der FU Berlin. A., ist Doktorandin am Institut für Theaterwissenschaft der Universität Bern im SNF- und FWF-geförderten Forschungsprojekt History of Theatre Studies - Swiss/ Austrian Networks and Contexts (HoTS). Ihre Forschung untersucht die Neuorientierung und internationale Vernetzung der Theaterwissenschaft in der Schweiz und Österreich in den 1950er Jahren im Kontext des Kalten Krieges. Sebastian Sommer is a Berlin-based theatre scholar whose research examines the performativity of social action and the political culture of the populist far right. His PhD at Freie Universität Berlin analyses PEGIDA demonstrations in Dresden. He also co-moderates the working group (Far) Right Protest Mobilisations at the Institute for the Study of Protest and Social Movements (ipb). Elizabeth Waterhouse is Professor of Ballet Techniques at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts and an associate researcher in dance studies at the University of Bern. She is the author of Processing Choreography (2022) and Body-Biographies (forthcoming). She earned her doctorate in 2020 and also works as a practising dance artist.
